*This review from 3 weeks ago ended up posted against another Starbucks outlet, so I'm correcting*Ordering on the app in advance didn't work correctly (wouldn't allow me to personalise a latte) and when I mentioned it to the staff they didn't seem much bothered about it, suggesting instead that I didn't have the latest version of the app (the problem has actually arisen since I've installed the latest version!). Not sure about the service here, Staff never seem to smile. Its like they are doing you a favour! I asked for a soy latte and the the barista gave me a diary latte, when I corrected them, the lady who took my order just rolled her eyes...made my drink again but..no apologies. Just as by chance I was watching the drink being made!
