Always busy but staff is managing it well and know how to manage the pace.\\n\\nThe Wifi really needs improvement especially because the whole Harrow on the hill area is really bad for signal for Virgin/O2 network.\\n\\nGood to grab a quick coffee and a croissant with the subscription but it’s often loud with kids so if I need to sit down and work/focus I usually go to Costa next door. Overall a decent place.

I'd add more stars if I could. The team here is simply amazing! Very professional, always very attentive, can't imagine how they manage to serve all the different type of drink variations and keep such a good attitude at all times! Team has a very strong bond I feel, I like everyone but I have to say the managers are truly amazing! Personally I like the flavour of a few competitors better but due to the service I tend to come to this store, it's seriously the best far and wide!

Very quick customer serviceMostly busy in morning due to their subscription offerI started my subscription for this month as having very hot days loving it shakes/smoothies/frappes/ice drinksNot every pret will have all options....Need to make it available in all pret as I travel northwest and central London mostly but only some pret will have allHarrow Pret is the best so far
