Visited the hotel to spend the night before flying from Heathrow, Hotel its self was fine. Received a letter on our return that i had a car parking fine when i had paid for parking. Hotel refuse to pay the lease company fee even though I had paid for parking and it was not my fault that their parking system was poor. Dealing with a different person every time i try speak to the hotel to sort it and going round in circles

Hotel was fine, the poor review is purely related to the car park. Booked parking here while on honeymoon, with an assurance that the car park is secure with CCTV, number plate recognition technology, and regular security patrols. Returned to find our catalytic converter stolen, with a hefty insurance excess to pay and a long ride home in a series of tow trucks and taxis. Police opened an investigation but closed it within a day, with nothing to go on. No refund, no compensation, no proper apology from the hotel (or the 3rd party we booked through). From other reviews on here, this isn't an isolated case. Do yourself a favour and avoid similar heartache by parking elsewhere.

The staff are friendly and polite, especially the concierge staff name Anish (I hope I got it right) he always come out his way to help us and very knowledgeable about the city and Parcel delivery. Room is comfortable especially the bed. But room service menu is too limited.

The rooms are lovely if not dated. My baths plug was not fitted correctly so wasn't able to fill the tub. The restaurants are overpriced for the quality of food. The main gripe is the WiFi is the worst I have ever experienced. Forget streaming you get 2 to 3 mins of stable WiFi then to have it buffering or kicked off the connection all together. If this wasn't paid for by my work I would be pissed at paying the price for the hotel.

It’s not a taxi that turns up. No meter and when you travel the five minutes to the airport they charge you £25. We specifically asked for a taxi not a private transfer. I would advise you to book your own cab

Stayed here for 1 night prior to long haul flight. Check in good, bed super comfortable, room hand everything you need and was big. Had a couple of drinks and dinner in the sports bar and gym was good. With parking included too was good value and would recommend,

Our BA flight was delayed arriving into Heathrow which meant we missed our connection. With no seats on any other flights to our destination we had to spend the night in London. This hotel was booked for us by 'weknowLondon.com as unfortunately BA weren't interested in helping us. However, the price was an eye watering £299 for 1 night!!!! This appeared to be due to high demand? We knew before we arrived that the check-in wasn't until 3pm & we arrived at 11am. However, on speaking to Lalldeo (or Laudeo, can't make out the writing) on Reception, he said he would see what he could do. About 45mins later he had not only found us a room, but had also upgraded it!! Very pleased with the service we received from Lalldeo, first class! Now have to get our money refunded by BA!!!!

First room allocated fridge or phone not working. Given a second room- fridge /tv and one of the lights not working. After a two hour wait given an upgrade to a club room which was adequate. Ate in the sports bar which was very expensive. Half roast chicken £18.95 plus £4.50 for chips- nearly £24 for chicken and chips? Had to book taxi to terminal due to having four cases and health issues (bad back) so shuttle bus not an option. COST FOR A 5 MINUTE JOURNEY - £50.00. Daylight robbery. Would not stay again.

Very disapointing. Booked not only for the location, but also because it has a pool for the kids. Got there and the pool was closed. Staff told me the pool was listed as closed for a while, but it's not something that I saw when I booked via the Bonvoy app. Got to the room and had issues: 1. Were only 2 useable sockets. Most were the old English round style, which I don't even have an adapter for. 2. The mini fridge was MISSING! 3. Both beds were on wooden boards 4. My safe didn't work. I had maintenance come up to fix, but after 45min they couldn't, and due to the fridge missing the relocated me to another room. Good location though.....

My recent Stay at the sheraton skyline hotel was to say the least bit pleasant. I honestly have never have encoutered such inadequate immendieties and such poor unprofessional customer service. This hotel is not very family friendly i was travelling in a group of 5 with 2 young children My mother who is a senior and My wife and I. They had offered an early check in and apon getting to the hotel they informed me none of my rooms were ready so i had to loiter in the lobby for 1.5hrs. Very difficult to do with young children and all there belongings and toys packed away in your luggage. This hotel has very poor HVAC. Air conditioning barely blows any air and sure isnt cool air. Dont be fooled the lobby sure seems nice and cool but the rooms sure arent. I had 2 rooms neither one had any functioning air conditioning. i informed the front desk by walking down there and informing them because the phone doesn't work in the room either I asked to switch rooms or an upgrade due to my situation not to mention ive stayed at marriot hotels all around the world and i am a longterm marriot bonvoy memeber and never have i seen a hotel like this. Once telling the front desk my problen they first told me i wasnt using the thermostat correctly and they were sure the Air Conditioning should be working as it should. I informed them its very hot and unbearable to stay in. the windows have a very small window but its also 2 separate single pain windows and no air flow would xome in any ways. They finally send up a technician to my room and he agrees and gives me a table fan. I already have a table fan now have been given a 2nd. The telephone still didnt work the technician couldnt figure it out. My 1 year old was sleeping in this room and i went to plug in her white noise machine and but there was no power. Again i walked to the front desk again informing them no power at some of the power outlets. So the technician reset the breakers and fuses that I needed to work. The kettle didnt work either, the technician had swapped outlets getting it to start working I had placed a gallon of milk in the fridge for my child. Didnt realize till the morning the fridge stopped working. Ruining the milk i purchased the day before. My cousin also had his wedding reception in the banquet/conference centre there air conditioning wasnt working in there either making the venue difficult to handle with such heat in in such formal outfits. Honestly my opinion would be to steer clear of this hotel for any hotel stays or event bookings.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE VISITING LEGOLAND. You might have heard of Catalytic Converter theft, but we hadn't. Thieves operate in this hotel carpark. The hotel knows about it (see earlier reviews) and they've done NOTHING to protect their guest's cars. We travelled the 200-odd miles from Norwich to London to visit Legoland. This hotel was part of the package we booked through the Legoland website. On the second day, we woke to find our car had been vandalised in the night, the catalytic converter had been stolen, leaving our car unroadworthy. Stranding us at the hotel with no means of getting to the park or home. Don't read these reviews and think it can't happen to you. Instead of spending a day at Legoland, you'll be left filling in police and insurance reports in the hotel foyer while your kids cry. You'll miss more than half a day in the park that you paid for, end up having to spend an extra £60 on Ubers to the park and to a hire car company (if you are lucky, our insurance company did this for us reluctantly), as well as the £250 excess on your car insurance, be hit with a fault claim and spend a week or more car-less because you have had to drive home in a hire car. We still don't have our car back. Once it is fixed we'll be spending an extra £250 to secure our new catalytic converter, so this entire experience has resulted in us as a family being £500+ out of pocket, having our insurance premiums affected next year, plus a really awful memory of how we only made it to Legoland for 3hrs on the second day, being left stranded in London and at home for days without a car. Bearing in mind you pay to have your car in this carpark, which the hotel did refund to us, it's the only decent thing I can say that they did for us during this entire debacle. However, had they fully secured their car park with adequate CCTV and security patrols THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED TO US IN THE FIRST PLACE. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. DON'T SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED.

Fantastic stay. Friendly staff, big rooms, good facilities. Easy to access with public bus stops just outside making it easy to travel to terminals and much cheaper than a taxi! Lovely pool and numerous food options. Good air conditioning in room, clean and lovely big size. I got a very competitive rate (£70 per night with Marriott best price guarantee). I’ll be staying again!

The hotel in it's self is nice, good size room for 4 of us, also did not hear any aeroplanes at all. The pool was open which was a real bonus to keep the kids entertained for a little. Breakfast no faults what so ever was very nice. Only let down is the sports bar its menu selection is poor and is way overpriced, the quality of food is not great either there is a McDonald's 200m down the road if you want a burger go to that you get better value for money all around.

Nice coffee shop with variety of pasteries options.

We stayed here for one night prior to our holiday, lady who checked us in was very presentable and polite, rooms are lovely with comfortable bed and pillows. We was told £50 would be on the credit card and they kept the details if we ate or had drinks they was able to charge the card, that’s fine with us it happens at most hotels, we ate at the Indian restaurant which was delicious really recommend, only fault is when you ask for water they fill up your glass, a bottle would have been better as you have to keep asking the already busy waiters to keep filling up your glass! So we charge the bill to our room (as card details left at reception for any items we purchased) we went to the sports bar for a drink before bed, next minute the restaurant staff come chasing after us like we’d ran off without paying! Extremely embarrassing, after explaining we thought it was taken care off my partner was marched back to the restaurant to pay, not a nice experience sadly. Walking to the room after checking in at 7pm there were trays of food leftovers littered all along the hallways and when we checked out following morning they were still there! Also as it was a warm evening people were sat outside having a drink and in the morning the wine glasses and full ashtrays were still sitting on the tables, this is not a nice presentation for new guests. We would look to stay somewhere else next time we fly from Heathrow coming from Manchester
