Maybe I was lucky given some of the reviews but I had good service. The girl that served me was pleasant and friendly. Small branch located in the station. I was going to sit in, but it was boiling inside on a sunny August afternoon and there were loads of homeless people around eyeing bags! If your commuting then stop by, but not worth a special trip.
Our hotel of choice when we’re travelling from Heathrow! This year there was no need for us to stay locally because of our flight time but for years staying at the Sheraton has felt like a great start to our holiday - so we booked. With great anticipation we arrived and checked in. This was laboured and I asked to give card details which they said was not necessary but to which I later had to use my car for room service. I stopped off here to get a sandwich and a drink between trains. I recognised the reviews beforehand didn’t seem positive but this was not reflective of my experience at all! The staff were attentive and asked about my day. They were smiley and checked back to see everything was okay once I was at the table which I appreciated as it was quite busy. Overall, I came out of it with a really positive experience. Thank you!!
