I never thought I'll be leaving a review here, but this is absolutely necessary..You have a diamond in your hospitality sector by the name of Sophie.. I have never come across such amazing energy, and it's very rare to have that at McDonald's!! So well spoken and amazing tonality with the personality!! Sophie's hard work and dedication was the highlight of my day i've never seen anyone who work as hard as her. I appreciate her friendly attitude and her willingness to go the extra mile. This is the worse McDonald’s. (Notting Hill Gate branch). It is my local one. And the food is getting staler, it’s like they make the burgers and it sits there for the whole day. It’s not fresh enough. Very disappointing what’s happened to this McDonald’s.Another thing they always seem to mess up the order. It’s 90 percent incomplete or some item is missing.I only go there because it’s my closest one.
