Best pub in the area by miles. Lots of different beers. I’d prefer more cask ales and Czech style Pilseners than all the IPAs but it’s still great. There is always something going on, and the food is good. Best of all is the atmosphere and service. It is a bit brighter and airier than other pubs around here and it always feels like a good place to be. The Brazilian guy behind the bar is superb and the staff have only improved recently. My local. Really good quality and selection of beers. Lovely, friendly staff - nothing is too much for them. Great to see frequently changing local and countrywide craft beers. And such a great atmosphere on match days!!
