Very rude people. When I was placing my online order, it said order would arrive latest by 1.30pm. I was ordering a platter to my workplace as part of Xmas lunch and our lunch break is 1pm to 2pm. So I placed the order and paid just because it said the food would be delivered by 1.30. We needed food from all places to arrive together. I ordered at 12.48pm. Minutes after the order, they changed it to say delivery time was 1.55 to 2.30pm. This was after my lunch time and no use....read full review
I have just visited Pepes and there was no customer in the restaurant , when i was placing my order today dated 20.12.23 at 4:53pm , an asian guy with a specs was serving.. he said it might take 25min when i asked him there is no customer he said he have önline deliveries to be packed, they are not giving any respect or consideration to walk in customers. The worst and the most expensive chicken shop in London.For 8 wings meal, it's £11 ,even KFC charge less.When I ask the staff why it's so expensive I got answer that if you don't like it I need to leave the shop.Rude staffAvoid this shop if you can. Otherwise, you will be ripped off.
