Chill atmosphere. Maybe too chill. Took a minute to get service. Nachos had beets on them for some reason, drinks were on the weaker side, margarita pizza looked like a cheese pizza that accidentally got a basil leaf on it. You read that right: A basil leaf. Singular. Server was nice though.
This hotel was a pleasant surprise at Heathrow. Fairly priced, efficient service, all room amenities and people like Shobell who greeted us on arrival and showed us to our rooms. He made us feel so welcome and appreciated despite being perfectly professional. The breakfast was well priced but skimpier than we would expect and the 15£ parking per day seemed quite high but maybe that’s just London. All in all a great experience especially with the soundproof windows.
