Always my go-to place for lunch in Canary Wharf; food is always fresh and quality consistently good, it is easily the best value takeaway lunch available here, service is very quick and the staff are always super friendly and helpful.
For many years I was regularly getting lunch or dinner from the Itsu branch in Cabot Square. Since they’ve shut down, I’ve been getting takeaways from the Jubilee Place branch. The quality of the salmon sashimi boxes are generally consistent, but just as before the rice that comes with the salmon nigiri sushi and salmon avocado maki rolls is often undercooked and gets stuck to your teeth easily. Food is okay, very expensive for what it is. Service was terrible, the guy was rude and blunt. The staff were all giggling together and just super unprofessional. I wouldn’t order here again.
