Zero start. One of the worst service by Pret,,, very rude and disrespectful person who is working in morning specially who is making coffee,,, today I ask for hot chocolate and cup was hot I asked about cup holder and the arrogant person said I can’t because I have only few,, I can see easily that there is some holders and the thing is customer before me they all got holder and he refused for me,,, I have question I was not begging for holder I paid for coffee 2nd holders for customer so why you refused,,, what you gonna do with holder taking home and enjoy your own coffee,,,,? Very disappointed with service,,,, I would like to give zero start

In a competitive market where there are numerous coffee shops, good customer service is key to retain customers, and Pret A Manger is failing miserably in this department.I would not recommend this place to anyone until the management takes a serious look at their customer service training and implement some drastic change.It's truly unfortunate and unacceptable that one would feel like they're being treated as a criminal, particularly when the whole family are loyal subscribers to Pret. This kind of service is not at all what one would anticipate from a reputable brand like Pret A Manger. It's critical for Pret's management team to be aware of such incidents to ensure they're properly addressed.

The staff at this store is lazy. 10/10 times I came here, they will say they have no ice. But on the menu list, there is a list of iced drink where Pret claims to sell. There is also an iced machine right behind the counter but the staff never bother to use it properly.The staff attitude was also awful when I asked for iced drink. Then they just offered me hot drink, which was obviously too hot and the paper cup was too thin to hold the heat.If you have no ice, I'm sure Starbucks can help you.I live and work locally but I'll never come to this pret again.

I have stopped going here for coffee as they have no system for handing out drinks. It's so annoying when they miss your drink or hand it to someone else. I walk up to Joe Blake's now where things are a bit more civilised.

Staff is friendly, but completely unprofessional. Having to ask again what customers have ordered for 2-3 times and still mess up your order. Burned my tongue with “warm” latte which was boiling hot. Been using this pret for last 3 days and orders always either got forgotten or messed up. Would avoid, there’s better coffee places in Canary Wharf.

I’ve been a Pret customer for many years. Always found it a good price/quality place. I had a croissant yesterday and the drop in quality is tremendous. Used to taste a lot more like butter and was soggy. It’s not really a one off. Prices have gone up a lot and quality has gone down generally across Pret.

Fast service always, but music is so obnoxiously loud that it spoils any dine in experience and even affects take out orders. You will hear it through headphones on full volume. The love of bass heavy music makes the walls vibrate.

The staff were very friendly and the service was quick, we ordered a mocha which i normally like from coasta (even though sometimes even they get it wrong) but I have to it was very nice and my wife do some kind of pastry which I can't remember now but all in all if you need to coffee on the go it's better than Starbucks I'd say

Friendly staff, full menu, delicious smoothies but not all flavours always available.Cafe is often super super busy, but there are other preys within the shopping centre to choose from if that’s an issue.Great choice if you’re getting off the DLR at Canary Wharf and need a quick drink!

I never really expect any good service or clean place when I go to Prêt but this morning at the Canada place brand the whole service was below all my non-expectation. The lady charged me my coffee with my 2 croissants even if I have the monthly subscription. When I questioned why, she told me in the front of all customers waiting in the queue that it wasn’t working. She was very stressed , rushing and annoyed. I paid ( even if I’m still paying for my subscription) and left.
