Screwed up my order 2x in a row. The cashier was not great whatsoever. I asked for an almond milk toffee nut latte with cream. Got a regular soya latte with no cream. I went back and asked them to please make the order I‘ve asked for. Again, I got a regular latte with cream on top. Very poor.

Its literally identical to the other 11 starbucks' on the Isle of Dogs. Except its in the awful new Canary/Crossrail/Heron Place shopping hypercentre. Good luck finding it.I hate canary wharf.

Visited Starbucks jubilee place and girl named Alina was wonderful! Even tho it was busy she was so polite and welcoming! She even asked about allergies which i have but completely forgot in a rush! Amazing service! Will be back!!

So first things first, even tho i guess i want to leave review for a specific branch of Starbucks, the ones that right next to the walking bridge under the fancy building,I can't tell if its other people that have posted the wrong pictures for this branch or starbs being incompetent as per, and they don't even have that tiny branch on google maps,Anyway, lets begin the scathing review while i drink this Costa coffe,I mean why else would i self impose a ban *if its not a scathing review,The way this shill company presents its products should be regraded as a war crime,Senior executives should be hauled into the Hague for the crimes against humanity,These corporate bots who have no soul, they make Blair, Donald and Vladimir look honourable,Look at how the photo with the cream and all the colour and then compare to what they give, disgraceful!I ordered a chocolate waffle cone and i got some lumpy brown drink ??????Plus their espresso shots in their drinks are weak af lol

Keep coming that store 4 years I really like same stuff bad on off Chinese lady she really have 0 customers service she not nice at all when I come she don’t like to serve me and talking her language to her colleague and pointing with her finger to me and talking god knows what she never happy and I really like to report to the manager.Make me uncomfortable when I come and start look at me and talking different language to her college.

Ordered a frappuccino and kept waiting for my name being called out. Many drinks were just kept on the counter and I was expected to find my own drink in the many drinks on the counter. I confronted the ginger girl barista and she blatantly lied about calling my name out, which she absolutely didn't. I am really understanding and calm if you accept a mistake and apologise. But no, there were No apologies. And she instead pointed fingers at me saying that I didn't hear my name. Which is complete bs. My drink also turned too watery by the time I got it due to all the waiting.Lovely vibe of the place but going to avoid in future due the misbehaviour.

I usually visit this Starbucks all the time, but my recent two visits have been disappointing. Although the cashier was friendly, the baristas on both occasions were impolite. When I ordered two takeaway coffee, and requested a carrier, they simply pointed to the coffee tray and acted as if I should have known where they are. Although I found their behavior quite rude, I still thanked them. Later, when I asked for a straw, one of the baristas threw it on the table, which was already wet, making the whole thing seem unhygienic. Consequently, I decided not to take the straw.In my second visit, I decided to give the coffee shop another chance. However, the other barista's behaviour was still the same. She threw the straws on the wet table and made my second drink after attending to several other customers. I ordered two same kind of drinks, but when I reminded her of the second drink as I was waiting for so long, she responded rudely, insisting that she already knew.I don’t know why the table always wet and don’t know if they don’t want to help why not put the straws out.
