Echo what previous reviewer have said , the shop assistant here at Canary Wharf especially jingfan was super rude with zero customer service, spoke with an attitude and didn’t even bother put item in the bag literally just threw it in customers face. if u dont enjoy your work then quit please don’t pass your negative energy to customer and destroy the brand reputation and customer loyalty

During my recent visit to London, I had the chance to visit the Whittard of Chelsea shop at Canary Wharf and I must say, it was an absolute treat! A special shoutout to the incredible sales advisor Keeth who recommended the 70 percent cocoa hot chocolate to me and it was spot on! It was rich, velvety, and an absolute delight for any chocolate lover.Since that first visit, I’ve become a devoted fan of their hot chocolates. The quality and flavor are unmatched, prompting me to order more through their website. Kudos to the sales advisor for creating such a positive and lasting impression. I highly recommend Whittard of Chelsea to everyone!

rude saleswoman unable to smile unable to be polite a limited choice of products and don't expect help from her she absolutely doesn't pay attention to customers she's unable to answer questions about products in the shop.the experience is better in a supermarket

I have always found the Whittards store in Canary Wharf to be a very nice place. Whether during the week or at the weekend the staff are always consummately polite,extremely helpful and always prepared to go above and beyond to help one find what is needed or,at the very least, as near as possible. Would recommend this store very highly indeed.

I was served by a lovely lady today!!! Excellent service!! Amazing hot chocolate!! I forgot my payment card and the lady immediately aware of that and returned it to me! Very good attention to details

Small store but impeccable service. Disappointed that I wasn't able to taste any of the teas but I was given a small sample to take away for free. Didn't realise it was one of more expensive teas, but it was amazing and I returned to get more. Shame the store isn't bigger.
