Indifferent coffee and cake, but low score for the staff doing nothing about the scores of people occupying tables for paying customers when they've brought their own packed lunch, own drinks, or even just sat there on a laptop having bought nothing at all. Very frustrating.
Inconsistent coffee... Rude and under trained staff the food us awful. The place is filthy. But hay they keep making money so what difference does it make. The place is always dirty .. Half the time the doors aren't working .. The air conditioning is so old always blasting in all weather conditions . Water continously leaking from the ceiling A total mess

A filthy place! Dirty spoons and cups! Rude staff. I am a local and this place getting worse and worse. Surprised RBK&C hasn't ordered to closed it down yet on bad hygiene grounds. I'll NEVER return to that place again and for that matter will never buy a Caffe Nero coffee ever again!
