visited Greggs today around lunch time and was served by a white male who was very Moody. I was carrying a giant balloon and when asked for a bag he just dumped it on the counter knowing full well i couldn’t pack the items as both of my hands was occupied. when i asked him kindly if he could help me pack the bag he paused and gave me a dirty look and was upset that i had even asked him. I went in there earlier this week and my bag was packed without me even asking and had great service by somebody else. please retrain your staff in customer service

I stopped to get a Vegan Bake and Sausage Roll. You had NO bakes so I just got the Vegan Sausage Roll.The pastry was cold and the sausage in the middle was cold too. It was horrible. Why did you not have any Vegan Bakes? And you can not serve cold sausage rolls to customers!

Always lots of people queuing in that branch, but service is quite fast. Amazing filled doughnuts and ring doughnuts, coffee lacks a bit in taste (cinnamon latte) but it’s still the most affordable coffee in London aside from McDonalds as far as I know!
