Love Starbucks but they have changed the layout and removed 80% of the seating for an oversized serving counter. People cannot relax with their coffee because there are not enough seats.

I bought a cinnamon bun from there this morning and it was so stale and foul tasting that it went straight in the bin. How can a reputable chain sell such old and nasty food? I would like a refund for the bun. The coffees were nice.Regards

I've just left the shop after purchasing a tuna panini with the warmest of feelings after being served in the nicest way possible by the loveliest barista, Kat. Takes a lot to have such a nice attitude and beautiful customer service in general, but very few could do it at 6:10 am. Thanks so much for your hard work and keep on with the lovely smile!
