Went to this Greggs, served by anas and his supervisor Nikki… Wht a great welcoming guy! So happy and efficient, was a pleasure to deal with him… 10 out of 10 employee!

Don’t get what’s going on with the stock here… nearly empty display at 11:30AM on a weekday. Sometimes told it’s a 15 minute wait for something sometimes none at all left. Quite frustrating especially after queueing.

Had stopped for a quick lunch. We sat outside but witnessed how hard the only employee behind the counter dealt with the lunchtime crowd. He was so efficient and people didn’t have to wait long at all. He definitely deserved praise for the way he works and definitely needs the recognition from the company. Greggs is Greggs. Its a chain. All have the same food, same deals etc. The thing that bothers me about this store (which i frequent often) is that, most of the time, the staff just dont work productively. If i go in and order a bake and a coffee, for instance. They'll get my bake and then run through the order. And then at the end.. begin the hot drink. If you were to start with that first. By the time you've sorted the food and taken payment. The drink is ready and waiting to hand over. Given the number of people that use this location every day. They could really up efficiency and lower waiting times, by changing their methods.
Poor, I fancied a pasty, big mistake, it was cold in parts only lukewarm in most and if course staff not allowed to heat them, why they are not kept in the warm cabinet with the sausage rolls is beyond me, the quality of it was awful.All in all dingy

Don't ever order for delivery I live not even a quarter of a mile away and still the food arrives cold consistently they do not care and will happily hand out cold food honestly disgraceful you wouldn't do it in store to the customers face so why do it with delivery? Do NOT reccomend
