Had stopped for a quick lunch. We sat outside but witnessed how hard the only employee behind the counter dealt with the lunchtime crowd. He was so efficient and people didn’t have to wait long at all. He definitely deserved praise for the way he works and definitely needs the recognition from the company. Greggs is Greggs. Its a chain. All have the same food, same deals etc. The thing that bothers me about this store (which i frequent often) is that, most of the time, the staff just dont work productively. If i go in and order a bake and a coffee, for instance. They'll get my bake and then run through the order. And then at the end.. begin the hot drink. If you were to start with that first.
