Even though I have not tried most of the chocolates in this shop, whenever I am in the area I always go to get the ice cream of the gods with a choice of sauce. It is always to a superb standard, and has a unique flavor: cocoa nib infused vanilla, which doesn't sound very appealing, but I assure you, it is. I was so pleased that I came back with lots of friends, who all were very happy with the ice cream, and we often talk about going back for more, or how we're craving that ice cream. I assure you: try it!!

I hardly ever bother writing reviews, but felt compelled to after receiving amazing service from a young lady in the Kingston branch today, I think her name was Mollie/Molly (really sorry if I have her name wrong). She helped me whizz round getting all the stuff I needed for my requirements (vegan) and helped me identify extra things to help me get the best deals (there were a few offers on). Quick at maths, too. A real credit to your store.As an aside, thank you for the reasonable amount of vegan stuff you are now stocking. A bit more would really be great though, please. Thanks.

Had a really fun day with my two year old at HotelChocolat today! It was her first time having a soft serve cone and she absolutely loved it!!!! Was recommended with the VIP sign on and received extra discount which was a bonus! Staff there were all very professional and kind :)

I went to this chocolate shop that I always go to, but the calendars on this side were overstocked and I couldn't get them off without denting them told the shop assistant behind the desk who was quite nice, but the one on the floor turn around and told me I should have took one from the side I said I wasn't trying to have an argument I just wanted to let you know they were getting damaged, she just looked at me and said she will tell VM ,didn't go an look , I said don't worry I won't be back payed for what I had and left.
