Even though I have not tried most of the chocolates in this shop, whenever I am in the area I always go to get the ice cream of the gods with a choice of sauce. It is always to a superb standard, and has a unique flavor: cocoa nib infused vanilla, which doesn't sound very appealing, but I assure you, it is. I hardly ever bother writing reviews, but felt compelled to after receiving amazing service from a young lady in the Kingston branch today, I think her name was Mollie/Molly (really sorry if I have her name wrong). She helped me whizz round getting all the stuff I needed for my requirements (vegan) and helped me identify extra things to help me get the best deals (there were a few offers on). Had a really fun day with my two year old at HotelChocolat today! It was her first time having a soft serve cone and she absolutely loved it!!!! Was recommended with the VIP sign on and received extra discount which was a bonus! Staff there were all very professional and kind :)
