Nice place to stop for a coffee or tea. We had two cream teas and the whole experience was good. Just place the order at the counter tell them your table number and it is brought to you. Restaurant has a good view from first floor in John Lewis of the junction of Clarence Street and Wood Street and the Bentall Centre facade by Maurice Webb 1935 (son of Sir Aston Webb who designed the facade of Buckingham Palace). You can even see the Eric Gill reliefs on the preserved facade.

It was a sunny day, so horribly hot under the glass atrium. Toilets are in the store, which were being cleaned, so a 5 minute walk away. Food took 15 minutes to arrive, which considering we had only ordered scones and cakes was too long. Very expensive for what you could buy fresher and nicer in the Waitrose downstairs.

Really wish they would take in their open signs 15 mins before- rather than leave them out downstairs

I had my baby shower event with a group of 15 + a toddler here at Huffkins Kingston last Saturday. We had celebration and classic afternoon teas, including diary-free, gluten-free, no pork, and vegan requests. The service, table decoration, and the food and drinks quality were outstanding. All my guests later mentioned that they found the venue and the service amazing. They allowed me to bring and put up my own decorations. The well lit area at the back allowed us to have our own space. I would love to give my special thanks Huffkins Kingston staff, especially Anita for checking everything with me and replying me patiently with my emails and requests and her colleague who helped me with the decorations. We had a fantastic time from the beginning till the end. Thank you.

This tea room and restaurant is part of a small chain of tea rooms in the Cotswolds. This one is inside the John Lewis store in Kingston upon Thames. There is a very pleasant atmosphere. You order food and drink at the counter and waiters then bring and serve your meal or tea. Food is very good and I recommend taking a break here for tea or a light lunch.

Yesterday, my friend and I visited Huffkins Kingston.I was so impressed by the nice vibes and atmosphere. We both had cream tea and loved the scones. Also, very kind and fast service from Anita and Sedra, they were both smiley and helpful to choose best for our taste. Thank you, team Huffkins!
