I am in love with this place. I stumbled upon it one day by pure chance but it has made my life better. I can’t go a day without drinking one of their blends. The staff are so kind and lovely, the environment is calm, and there is a great selection of teas and hot chocolates to choose from. I would give this shop one hundred stars if I could, but unfortunately I can’t, so I will settle for five.

Awful experience! Went in with friends to buy Dreamy time tea as a present for someone. The only Dreamy time tea in store was in a giant container next to scales, we had a discussion between us in what you were meant to do with the giant container as there were no signs or staff members to help, one was serving a customer and the other was just standing at the counter. The staff member serving another customer came over to us and rudely told us not to touch the containers and she would be with us in a minute, she finished with the other customer and came back to us with a very rude attitude proceeded to open the pot and asked is this the one you want, no discussion of prices or any manners at all, so I chose not to be served by her and came home to order online. Awful experience with this staff member

Amazing staff members! Great sale items and covid secure. Had the help of a lovely team member. I didn't get her name but she said she was originally from Germany. She had such great knowledge about which products were vegan and I ended up buying alot of great products with her help. Thank you!

'Upmarket' coffee and tea purveyors with really neat packaging and a good range of flavours. Prices definitely upmarket.
