My recent visit to Yo Sushi left much to be desired. The sushi, touted for its freshness, was surprisingly bland and lacked the vibrant flavors I expected. The rice was dry, and the fish didn't seem as if it was of the highest quality.Adding to the disappointment was the slow and indifferent service. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our concerns, making the overall experience less than enjoyable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Yo Sushi based on this lackluster dining experience.Vegetarian options: Brocoli

Looks like they've changed their miso soup. It tested like water. No flavour. Chicken terayi was tasty but dry. Not enough sauce.

When we was waiting in the queue to be seated she walked past us ignoring us when we said "hello" when we finally spoke to her she then blamed the way she acted on how busy she was and didn't accept she was being rude and persisted to then be sarcastic about it by smirking and laughing ,while still talking to us, when we was talking to her about it and telling her "there was no need to ignore us and then come back when we comforted you about it and be sarcastic, by laughing and smirking". All in all her "front of house" and "customer service" was shockingly terrible. Such a bad experience

Abysmal service. Although it was quiet, it took ages for someone to seat us, hardly anything on the belt, many items out of stock. Really was a waste of time, won't bother coming back to this one.

I'm not a huge lover of Sushi, just came because my girlfriend enjoys it. Had some Japanese fried chicken which was amazing, as well as the crunchy california and spicy chicken katsu sushi rolls which were both pretty good.Service was quick when needed

The great Yo! experience we're used to seems long gone. Disinterested staff and no food on the belt. So disappointing.

Not impressed. The sushi selections on the revolving belt don't look fresh -- they look like they've been sitting for a while. The yakisoba was bland. Athough we have to wait to be seated, there's no service to rate because no one really checks on you after someone brings your order to the table from an app.

The restaurant was busy, but the drinks and food appeared quite quickly. The belt was in full operation, so we also picked items that caught our attention.Vegetarian options: Mum is vegetarian - plenty of choice fior her to choose from - she enjoyed the faux duck.Dietary restrictions: We were asked, but being seasoned Yo! Customers we knew what not to order.

Half of the sushi had run out, they ran out of tuna and for dessert, the custard pancakes didn't come with the raspberry coulis but chocolate sauce which didn't go at all. Worst yo sushi I've been to.

It used to be so good but service is lame, food was poor (serving up some limp sashimi that’s nothing like it used to be) and service on a Friday 3 hours before closing was as if they were already closed. Second time had a bad experience in last 3 months hence this review. Such a shame. Used to love Yo!

Used to love this place a lot. I’d come specifically for their chicken ramen and Korean chicken. But as I’ve been recently they’ve changed their menu a lot and removed a lot of favourites. Their quality of food has declined a lot with smaller portions and higher prices, changing recipes etc. Really quite a shame because I loved their food but I won’t be going back anymore, their counter at Tesco is better.

Staff do not take initiative. They can see a customer standing by the order point, but dont say, hi, how are you, can I help etc. Also couldn't tell me how I can locate my loyalty number. Also I asked for a receipt but didn't get one. Staff need more training in customer service. Update: Head office apologised and did send me a gift voucher. So I have changed to 3 stars.Vegetarian options: Loads on the menu

There was a time when YoSushi was new and unusual and exciting, now it's typified by slow, poor service and very overpriced food. No sparkling water on tap, you need to order practically everything off the menu and did I mention expensive!

Staff needs to pay more attention to their role. 1.The seating area given to us not clean properly. Had to ask a member of staff to do so. 2. Had to wait long for sushi condiments!! 3. Food was nice, thanks to the kitchen staff. 4. Few of front of staff ( specifically the one who was on beverages ) needs training on customer service.
