I ordered food and was told to take a seat and wait while order was prepared, while waiting the two men behind the counter talked constantly in urdu/punjabi and while handling food one was constantly and loadly coughing and clearing phlegm from his nose/throat. Maybe before hiring staff a basic English test and food hygiene course plus basic manners would be helpful in inspiring confidence in customers who visit.
