Amazing atmosphere, helpful people but food is average and I had food poisoning!Came in and ordered the Turkish egg, came out went to Alice hospice for a browse and started throwing up at Waitrose parking. The I didn’t finish the meal because the egg was too raw. I appreciate this must be a one off but man 12 hours of vomiting isn’t fun! Otherwise waiters were amazing and the place was vibrant.
The food is always delicious and fresh. There is a great selection of dishes at reasonable prices but make sure you book in the evenings, as it’s always packed. Daytime is also busy but you can walk in and find a table within minutes. The staff are super friendly which is another reason why I frequent Babylon.

March (2024) update: the excellent food and service hasn't changed. It is still a superb restaurant in Raynes Park, and will probably continue to be until anything changes!This is our go-to restaurant around Raynes Park. Friendly staff and exceptional food for good prices. Great ambiance for a dinner at night, and friendly and bright for breakfast/brunch in the morning. 100% recommended!
