I have been served by a lovely young lady who was smiley, polite and very pleasant but at the moment of receiving my hot beverage, another lady took over and put 2 drinks on till. I just wanted to make sure that one of them was mine so I asked politely to confirm that was what I asked. She just looked at me as if I was dumb, didn’t say anything , show me the receipt under the cup, and left without saying a word! Food here is really good and one must try it. Service was ok and could be better, I noticed the staff looked over worked, and tired. I smiled at the young lady who served me, and I asked her to smile as she seemed to be miles away. We all have difficult days, my Mother passed away recently but I'm still smiling because I've done all my crying. Come on team, you've got a great little business which could be even greater.

Overall quality is reasonable for a cafe. However prices on their website menu are old and current prices are high. I can understand that costs have increased but seems overpriced for what you get.
