The food was just as you expected from most Costas but the service was lovely the gentleman they sterilized our baby bottles with the boiling water for me and then refill them as we had run out of clean bottles they were so

Quick enough service but a very confusing layout... Normally coffee shops like this have one end of the counter where you give your order and pay, then the other end is where you pick up your prepared drinks. However this seems to have a payment till at both ends, so it's very confusing where you're supposed to order. I went from one end of the counter to the other three times before I figured it out...

I tried this branch for the first time, and I can only say that it was an awful experience.I was served by a guy with glasses on, and the way he was managing the till was not good at all ? He was taking my order — not paying attention by telling the baristas the details about my order first instead of listening to the whole thing. He didn't even ask for the size of the drink. I asked for vegan cream and ended up not getting it coz he didn't even clarify at first that they didn't...read full review
