Amazing cake! Light, with a moist sponge. Best part was that it was vegan and the rest of the family couldn’t tell!!! Wasn’t very sweet (definitely a benefit!), flavours were perfectly balanced and light for after a heavy Christmas dinner !!! Great price- well worth the money!!! Definitely getting more cakes from Essence of Cake! Tracey your a genius!!!Dietary restrictions: Excellent vegan cake!!!
From start to finish Tracey has been helpful and professional.I ordered Christmas cupcakes for some customers of mine and they have all said how wonderful they are, one customer said they are the most beautiful cupcakes she’s seen.
