I've dined at both La Chapelle as well as Galvin HOP and they are both divine. La Chapelle was everything a fine French restaurant should be - the service was friendly and impeccable, the Sommelier was fabulous, and the food was delicious. I have been to many of the Galvin Restaurants. Each of them offer a unique experience and a lovely twist of French cooking. Galvin La Chapelle is absolutely stunning and the crab lasagna is one of my favourite of the Galvin brothers’ signature dishes. Galvin HOP offers a relaxed ambiance and their Tarte flambée is delicious.
