Guests enjoy a warm welcome and friendly, helpful staff, who provide excellent service. The hotel offers very clean rooms, though the furniture is somewhat dated. The thick curtains effectively block out the bright lights outside. Breakfast is outstanding, with a wonderful selection of fresh food, and is worth adding to the stay. However, the hotel dining is not available on Monday and Tuesday nights. Overall, it is a great choice for anyone wanting to stay in the heart of London.
