Really bad service, ever if the staff mention to us they will close in 15min (and we are aware of it) they take it off my sauce and clean the table in front of me while I am eating 8min before the closing time..I’m working in hospitality and I know the rules..I don’t deserve this kind of treatment even if is McDonald,I eat in rush cause I understand they are closing but I paid for my food and I still had enough time to eat.. manager “imran” apologised to me at the end,he tried to explain his side but still it was 5min before the closing time so there’s no reason to pull up the chairs next to us and tell us to leave..

They were very busy. The pubs were closed. I ordered food from the kiosk. I got no order number and no reception insole 3 different peopleIncluding the manger my order 10 times. After an hour I just took what they gave me. He said they check the receipt paper every 10 minutes. This is not true. I was there an hour. No one check the developer. Lots of abandoned orders.

McDonalds food as usual, handy and discounts on the app used. Went with my kids and the place was too crowded, but expected considering the location.The bathrooms are a falling hazard as stairs too narrow and people queue to get in and you try to get out with your kids...

Great experience. Toilets way up 2 flights of stairs so not easily accessible for disabled or those with physical difficulties climbing stairs .
