I went the other day just before the closing time, was really hungry as I just ended my class at uni. The food was alright but what made me so thankful is that the service given to me by one of the staffs, I believe her name is Relia or Reliza the one with the headscarf, can’t really remember her name(sorry), talked to her for a second, I didn’t know that itsu has amazing staffs with impressive attitude like that, just similar to where I’m from in Thailand. Always consistently great every time I go to Itsu. Have to say, I mistakenly lost my headphones when I was there and the staff member, Reliza, went above and beyond to help me! We couldn't find them at the time, but she did after I left. When I was back there two weeks later, she gave them to me! Magic! Very helpful.

I enjoy this restaurant so much; the food is great, the place is nice and clean, and most importantly, the team leader Ms. Reliza is so friendly; it makes me feel at home; I can't wait to come again!
