Poor service towards wheelchair users and the food took over half an hour to be brought to us. Also when the food was brought to us the food was absolutely freezing cold. The staff was disgustingly rude to me and my resident carer/husband. People with children tried to on numerous occasions attempt to sit where we was placed (priority seating area) and customers hated the fact that a wheelchair user was parked in the correct seating area. Extremely busy as it’s on Oxford street! Ordering very easy by using the automated screens. The machine was out of paper so we had to get a staff to look up our order number and he was quite helpful. It took almost 20mins for the order to be ready. Ordered the cheese dippers and they forgot the tomato dip. It's alright. Food was good, love a big tasty. I wish they would just leave it on the menu instead of continuously adding and removing it. Little seating considering how busy it can get, so I wouldn't count on being able to eat inside.Parking: No parking as it is on the side of a busy road
