Yesterday I visited this store and the experience was truly satisfactory. I not only found a stylish coffee machine, but I received an excellent service from a member of the staff. sadly I don’t recall his name (male staff member, Algerian with a great coffee knowledge and kind manners): he was so patient to suggest and show me different machines, made me taste a coffee and showed me how to use the machine that I decided to purchase. Sat 16 Dec 2023Served by Sophie/Sophia today. I am an experienced sales manager and found her level of customer interaction and knowledge to be outstanding. She made confident recommendations for which coffee pods I should try, all based on my taste requirements, I specifically didn't want a bitter tasting coffee.She went on to offer and make a variety of samples to try. Was there last month to get some pods as a gift for a friend and as such hadn’t realised there were 2 different types of pods as I don’t own a Nespresso machine myself. Instead of being helpful the 2 women staff that were there sent only harsh judgemental looks my way. One of them tried to help but made me feel so uncomfortable instead when she pointed out the different types of pods and that I needed to check.
