Avoid due to thieves. I had my phone stolen from this Starbucks branch (man with a beard distracted me with a newspaper and stole my phone) The staff to their credit, despite being very busy were helpful to me. Unfortunately they didn't sound surprised and informed me that this is common in this branch - it does make you think that if they are aware of this, more stringent measures should be in place. I just want to give a big shoutout to a really lovely employee called Zeehaan (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name girly) she’s was absolutely wonderful! I, being the cluts that I am, dropped my entire coffee on the floor before I even took a sip. I told a member of staff I needed some paper towels to clean it up and this lovely human comes round with the most uplifting and comforting attitude which made me feel so much better after the stupid thing I did. Visited last night and the staff were unwelcoming. They were loudly speaking to each other, yelling across the room and busy chatting with who sounded to be an ex-worker there. I was standing at the counter trying to pay for a merch but was ignored. Would’ve been nice to be acknowledged or if busy a simple ‘will be with you in a sec’ or something.
