Amazing service, don’t know why some of these reviews are so rubbish, I think some customers just wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Anisha was amazing with fabulous customer service skills. Will be returning soon!!
Dissapointed today because they didn't had decaffeinated coffee. Apparently the mashine was broken. Else, I really like this particular shop because the service is fast,the girls are very friendly and everything just runs smoothly every time I walk there. The stars are for the service I receive!

I was taken ill on the underground this morning and managed to get off the tube at Blackfriars. Feeling very sick and on the verge of passing out, I asked to use the restroom. The staff were so lovely and caring. They made me sit down, got me a glass of water and offered to call an ambulance or doctor. In these uncertain times, I was really impressed and touched by such kindness. Thank you so much! ❤️
