Imagine returning to Borough Market at 5:01pm with your hungry teenage foodie daughter, unaware that the Paella stand and every other food spot there was shutting down. Bummed, we exited the market, turned the corner and saw Brindisa, shining like a beacon. It was bustling, and we were unsure if they could seat our family of 4. Service waitress was certainly not paying attention. Got our order wrong and relied on management to straighten things out. She seemed oblivious to her error. We didn't make a fuss either. Management apologised.

Right around the entrance of Borough market. This tapas place is busy on a weekend night. However, the waiting time was very manageable. we had a drik at the bar, the inside table was ready.everything we tried was delicious. Good service too.
