Excellent service from beginning to end, and the food was as good as ever. Our server linda didn't stop and we rushing around making sure that everyone was happy and having a good time.

Very chaotic and poor service. Firstly the door host was extremely rude and unprofessional, My friends and I almost felt like a burden coming into the restaurant for simply wanting to eat rather than feeling welcome and accepted. We waited an extremely long time for a table and didn’t bother sticking around as the whole entire place just felt like a circus. I appreciate that it was a Saturday night and would be quite busy but feel stronger measures professional measures should be put in place by management to keep the business running smoothly. The door host didn’t even bother to apologise or keep us informed about what was taking so long in regards to possible seating. He then proceeded to greet other customers regardless of whether they had bookings or what not and that made us feel very invisible. We did sit at the bar for a little while but it didn’t appear that proper cleaning had taken place. The table was quite sticky from where glasses had been prior and the seating area for the bar is quite small so it honestly felt like too much was going on all at one time. I’ve come to this particular Tgis a few times now and compared to the others I am yet to have a decent experience to say the least. Do not bother coming here if you want to have that nice dining experience as you most certainly won’t get it at this place at. Very disappointed.

Disappointing visit on a quiet Monday, poor greeting on the door followed by a team reluctant to help find table. Slow to order food, and slow to bring it - almost an hour. The burgers were burnt to an inch of their lives but also cold at the same time. Presentation was poor, but portion size was good. Cocktails were over priced sugar water. Not worth visiting, not the same place it used to be.
