We hadn't booked a table, so they said we would be booked in at 2.30. So we wouldn't have had a long wait. We took a seat at the bar and ordered a drink. But after seeing others being seated before us we went up to ask when we would be seated to be informed they had forgotten about us.Apart from that, we thought the food was amazing, really good food. Visited this week for a Christmas meal with work. There were 15 of us and the staff seated us quickly, were attentive and friendly. Though the food is obviously chain restaurant like everyone at our table found it good quality and tasty especially good value considering the price point. Excellent service from beginning to end, and the food was as good as ever. Our server linda didn't stop and we rushing around making sure that everyone was happy and having a good time.
