Rooms very clean. Hotel is very well appointed with all that you need during the stay. Furniture in the room is dated however still very useful and comfortable. Thick quality room curtains block out the bright lights of Leicester Square. Breakfast in the hotel is outstanding, wonderful selection of fresh food. Staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to assist anything we required! The doormen were particularly wonderful and helped us squeeze all our purchases into a new suitcase we purchased! Breakfast was cooked fresh and it tasted delicious! 5 star review!

Very nice hotel, with great service, in a super fun location! Leicester Square is very vibrant and active and you can walk to just about everything! Especially good for theatre-goers. The hotel breakfast is worth adding -- really good food and variety.
