We booked for a table of 10 on a Sunday afternoon, they were super accommodating of every ask. We all had lovely time the general vibe, food and drink was just the best. We ordered a mix of pies n mash, fish n chips, the carvery, and good old ham, eggs and chips. Everyone was very happy with their food and prices are really fair. It’s a proper London pub with zero pretensions, it’s got a lovely mixed vibe of all ages with lots of choice in a lovely setting - thank-you.

Pizza is really cripy and delicious. We love the spicy pork one Highly recommend.Mashed potato and sausage is also comforting .Don't forget to order a refreshing draugh beer. Love it :)

A well-loved gem of a local pub in Wapping High Street, family run and with a welcoming atmosphere. They sell a good selection of ales and beers (the Harvey’s is my favourite) and also stock Tayto crisps which imho are the finest!

A famous old pub in Docklands, one of the best in the city. Inside it retains its historic 18th century look, the garden at the back looks out over the Thames. Prices are reasonable for London. If you like beer they normally have Harvey's Sussex Best. Well worth a visit.

I can't praise Ramsgate enough for making our short break there such a good visit. Clearly the last few years have been difficult, but despite this there is such a good unpretentious & welcoming vibe about the Town. Much to do & explore. Plenty of good bars & restaurants to enjoy. A great apartment to stay in. Such a good base to visit the area from. Can't wait to get back.

We popped in for food but could not see any menus so assumed that they were not serving meals. Had a drink while we were here and used the ladies which was very clean and fresh. Drinks were reasonably priced just a shame there was no food on offer as we would definitely have eaten here.

Having not reviewed here since 2018 but have visited every year since its time to say in this review its Very good now. Excellant selection of beers, food good, improved rear decking area outside overlooking the Thames. Staff friendly and cheerful with a warm welcome. Look forward to popping in for a pint again before the end of the year. Well done all.

Stopped here for lunch on a day trip to the capital. Had fabulous food in their lovely terraced beer garden overlooking the Thames. Friendly bar staff with great knowledge of the beers available. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. Within about 10 minutes walk of Tower Bridge so we’ll worth a detour if you are visiting the area.

Been many times but today visited with my friend from Essex. Always lives up to expectations. Such a great atmosphere, the staff are friendly and food delicious - had the fish and chips today, hope to be back soon

A regular spot for me and my partner, an outgoing and friendly team and service style always leaves us wanting to come back! The food is proper pub grub! Pricing is reasonable for the area and the place itself is homely with a very adoring outside space. Easy enough to book to!Haven't a bad word to say, love this pub, and will forever be returning.Thank you so much to the team that keeps this place open, cheers ?

Didn’t try the food, but had to have been good enough for someone to be annoyed at my friend for speaking ‘too loudly’. Normally that might ruin an evening, but tbh the staff were sound, the pace had a wonderful old school decor and sense of history, and the pint of ale I had was spot on, a great recommendation from the bar tender who was a gent.

Bruno , Sid and the team are ace . What a friendly pub . Had such a laugh . Loved the hilarity over my accent , will bring interpreter next time ?. I had a bowl of chips that were amazing ( would have eaten as the food we saw was amazing (but big breakfast at our hotel ) . We had two afternoons at the pub . Full both days . Wine was delicious and the guys are so knowledgeable and advising . I got my partner Ray to take a photo. Would have been lovely but I think Ray had partaken in too many real ales and it was blurry !!! . Never mind will defo return for another pic and definitely eating a meal next time . Would be our local if we lived there . A credit to you guys ??
