A larger branch of Pret, located in the Moretown area at the back of St Katherine Dock. It has the usual range of sandwiches and drinks, fast service, and plenty of seats if you want to eat inside.
Just want to give a big shout out to Louis, every time I come in I get the best greeting, he is polite empathetic and engaging. He is such a great member of the team there. Thank you so much Louis you do a brilliant job and demonstrate a fantastic example of great customer service. I think all of the team are great but Louis really goes that extra mile to make sure you are OK.

Rapid service. A mistake was made at checkout ( communication error either from me or the employee) and I got a refund without a hassle (which is very rare as employees have to do extra paperwork when this happens). Great service and very well located.
