I've been to Wagamama before, so I know the menu and what to expect. The food was good as usual however the service was a real disappointment.We can in through the wrong entrance as the door around the back was really hard to open so we couldn't get in. The staff member was very standoffish and spoke to us with an attitude. We did apologise profusely.Then, we were made to stand for ages even though there were several empty tables. We had a great dinner, fast service, friendly staff. Specially Sahas and Roy were very helpful and gave us good explanation about the menu. They were available the whole time during our dining. We will definitely go back soon.

Had a wonderful dinner with my friend. The atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious. Both the mains and the dessert arrived quickly; it probably took us longer to decide what to order. The staff, especially Ahmed, was very helpful and friendly, paying great attention to our dietary requirements. Looking forward to returning soon!
