I agree with some of the previous reviewers. My Pret Cappuccino (White) (Extra Hot) (oat milk) was actually really good but what annoyed me was that the gentleman that served me was chatting to his friend or someone and despite the fact it was clear that I asked for white with no chocolate, I saw him putting on chocolate.
