Food and beverage are good, in line with all others shops in London.The service is so so but sufficient.The atmosphere is very good, good music, the place is very spacious, lots of plugs for charging your devices.The only really negative point are the toilets, not enough cubicles for such big place; there is always lots of people waiting for using it.Starbucks even recently renovated the place but the toilets issue is still there.
I've found this Starbucks to have a fantastic location and impressive interior decor. The ambiance inside is truly inviting. However, I've experienced consistent frustration with my orders being mishandled. Despite requesting oat milk, I often receive cow's milk instead, forcing me to double-check my order every time. While the atmosphere is lovely, the recurring errors in fulfilling orders have been a recurring disappointment during my visits.

Great coffee, but staff- they need more organization, especially the baristas, we waited about 20 minutes to order, they got the orders wrong to some people. A long queque to toilets.But place, where it is, is really beautiful.
