After a long time we had a very tasty Srilankan food, devil chicken was very good. It was quite busy when we got there but service was so fast, wasn't expecting their service to be that quick. Will definitely

Loving the newly refurbished restaurant! Excellent menu with a substantial vegetarian section! Quality food EVERY time (totally forgot to take photos as couldn't wait to tuck in). The staff are lovely, so friendly and welcoming together with superb service. Such a gem. A 10/10 recommendation! Thank you for a great evening.Vegetarian options: A whole section dedicated to vegetarian dishes.

A really lovely evening experience at"Urban Brasserie" Restaurant at Crown Plaza hotel T4 Heathrow...Sanchi gave us a very warm welcome, and continued to take care of us so well throughout the evening, including offering delicious recommendations to eat. The whole Team including the very kind young man in the bar were great ambassadors for Crown Plaza. Thanks Sanchi for taking care of us so well and making our evening so enjoyable!

I'm vegan, and went there because they had a couple of nice vegan dishes on the menu, one of which didn't contain soya (which so many vegan things contain this known allergen I don't know). Food was largely lovely, service immaculate and friendly, and tables well spaced if you're vulnerable to Covid. From the vegan and lactose-free viewpoint, there's little in the way of desserts, especially if you can't eat soya. Though there's an option to have the chocolate dessert without the chocolate sauce (which would have been so easy to make with Oatly 'cream'). Very hard and chewy. However, the vegan coffee option is non-existent - they have NO non-dairy milks at all. Yes, seriously, it's like going back in time.I asked the guy serving why they didn't carry vegan milks when they had vegan options on the menu. His answer was that they "didn't want to be cleaning the nozzle and the jugs every 30 seconds". I did gently try to help him understand that it's not a problem anywhere else but he was giving off 'I really don't care' vibes so I left it. As other reviewers have mentioned, the coffee machine is from the dark ages, so I can't see their coffee getting more customer-friendly anytime soon. Though the owners would do well to bear in mind that very large numbers of people who aren't vegan or lactose-intolerant are actively choosing oat milk over dairy for the taste.Such a shame that making that extra effort to drag their coffee offer into this century seems a step too far. I might go back, and take my own milk but I know the best they'll be able to do is a black americano (maybe?) to which I will be adding my own cold oat milk. Not exactly the way anyone hopes to round off a meal...

Food was above average for pub dining. Atmosphere pretty average but that's because so busy and due to being an airport. Service was 5* served by Wilson 01.04.24 19.26 prince of Wales Heathrow T4. Wilson running around constantly checking everything was ok with everyone's orders. Very friendly and attentive. Great guy and a credit to the establishment. 10/10 for Wilson.
