“I went into costa today and was taken care of by the loveliest of servers. I couldn’t catch his name but he made my experience memorable, this branch is by far my favourite. The place is incredibly clean and well kept, my order was perfect with absolutely no complaints. I like to have my peach tea with extra syrup, no one ever gets it right but this time it was perfect and I didn’t need to say no ice. It’s the smallest things that make the biggest difference. I will definitely be coming back more often now. The service was impeccable, I felt as though I was at a luxe café.”

“Decent, spacious pret but unfortunately even staff ignore the 'keep the door closed' sign at the front. Customers do and thats a given but even staff walked past the open front door and didn't close it.

Service is polite and friendly unfortunately I struggled with their accents and they struggled with mine but that's not an issue such is life!”

After he let me use the bathroom I could hear his manager or supervisor? shouting at him for letting a non-customer use the bathroom which I did not appreciate as what he did was simply a kind gesture.
