The pub is great and the beer is good. However I did have a concern about hygiene the last time I visited the pub. A staff member spent some time petting and playing with a customer's dog. The bar person did not wash their hands and was then serving customers. This I feel should be addressed.
Came here a few months back for dinner. Cosy atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We had some starters, steak with g&ts. Fantastic food and atmosphere, thank youDietary restrictions: Gluten and nut allergy

Cosy pub, tasty roast dinner, well presented and plenty on the plate. Dog friendly and table bookings can be reserved. Would definitely be a place to revisit. Friendly staff, one member of staff was very quick to greet everyone, no one left waiting to be seated to, very impressive.
