Having been here many times before we are always happy with the food and coffee. There are good arrangements of chairs and we were fortunate to get a spot we liked. I chose a piece of banana and walnut cake to have with our coffee, unfortunately it was quite dry and may have been several days old. Still we enjoyed our break. I used the App to pay and get the points. This system works very well.

There are 2 aircons, none works.

I walked in at 18:59 to order a hot drink and I was refused because they were 'closing'. The colleague was making drinks for another customer and it would of taken 30 secs as I was standing on the counter. Very rude and poor common courtesy. I go to this nero twice a week and the colleague is familiar with me, her attitude was horrible and very petty. This is coming from a business owner: beware of who you let represent your brand or you'll lose loyal customers.Save your business for somewhere else.

I sat there yesterday and My experience was very unpleasant because of the worker.She was quite rude and very impatient.
If you are waiting for someone there and sitting, they ask you to order something even when you told them waiting for someone !
