My favorite coffeeshop for working on my PhD thesis on every Friday! Most lovely staff (especially the young man, sorry don’t know his name) kept cleaning the tables, floor, toilet, changing garbage bags and so many other things. Very polite and super nice staff. Hope they receive good payment, too much work for them!
A nice, clean, modern space. I love their capuchino cake. I appreciate the Caffe Nero system of offering a free coffee when you collect 9 stamps for previous coffee purchases. I am glad they do not push customers to download their app (unlike other coffee shops) and allow collecting stamps on their paper card. The only downside is that when you like to use their wi-fi, they require lots of personal details which prevents me from using it.

Having been here many times before we are always happy with the food and coffee. There are good arrangements of chairs and we were fortunate to get a spot we liked. I chose a piece of banana and walnut cake to have with our coffee, unfortunately it was quite dry and may have been several days old. Still we enjoyed our break. I used the App to pay and get the points. This system works very well.
