The service here is very, very slow. I mean there was a guy and I. The only two people that ordered anything. I'm not sure what the guy ordered but I just ordered a coffee. It took ages for them to make it and give to me. This always happens even if I'm the only one in there ordering a coffee. Not sure what the staff are doing.
Very rude manager called "Princess" verbally abused me for whole store to hear because I asked for chips fresh not hard but hot. Deliberately intended to cause embarrassment stating I am a regular visitor who causes trouble (by asking for fresh chips). Some people should not work anywhere. And she can't be bothered to do her hair or.iron her shirt but asked people what's their problem. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TO A PAYING CUSTOMER
